VORMenTAAL

An estimated one of every ten persons has difficulties with reading and spelling. Four percent of the Dutch population is diagnosed with dyslexia. Like in many creative disciplines, there are a lot of dyslexic designers. Maybe because they have learned from a young age to express themselves differently instead of with language.

Anne Ligtenberg, dyslexic and graduated cum laude at the Design Academy Eindhoven, curated the exhibition VORMenTAAL for Yksi Expo. Fifteen designers who are all more or less dyslexic, show their work with a direct link between design and dyslexia. This exhibition gives insights and information on dyslexia in an accessible way.
